Key Responsibilities
• Support HR due diligence and post-merger integration, including data validation, risk identification, and process alignment
• Manage HR operations across countries, ensuring compliant employee lifecycle administration
• Oversee multi-country payroll processes and ensure alignment with local tax and labor regulations
• Support entity setup and closure, including onboarding frameworks, terminations, and legal compliance
• Prepare for audits, identify risks, and improve HR processes and controls
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in HR administration / HR operations in an international environment
• Proven experience supporting M&A transactions, integrations, and business transformations
• Strong knowledge of global payroll processes and multi-country compliance
• Hands-on experience with labor law and HR practices in international locations
• Experience with entity setup, restructuring, or liquidation processes
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation standards
• Experience working with external vendors (payroll providers, legal advisors, consultants)
