Since 2018, REX Lab has been creating immersive solutions for events of all scales — from private weddings to international festivals and exhibitions.
The company is actively growing in Poland — and looking for someone to drive sales forward. The product, clients, and live inbound traffic are already there; what's missing is a manager who will set the process in motion and push the sales direction ahead.
What you'll work on together:

Grow sales in Poland and Europe: cold outreach, negotiations, closing deals;

Own the full B2B cycle: from first contact to signed contract and repeat orders;

Work inbound leads and the warm database;

Attend industry exhibitions and events — find the right contacts and partners;

Down the line — build a sales team and scale across the European market.
Skills that will make you successful in this role:

2–3+ years in B2B sales;

Independent client acquisition;
-
Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships;

English B2+ (for international clients);
-
Russian (native/ bilingual preferred);

Proactive, straightforward, self-sufficient, and resourceful.
