Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Control & Commercial Support Specialist (DCC Specialist) with a strong background in logistics documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists. You will play a key role in managing information flow between the Client and the Supplier for a large-scale equipment procurement, delivery, and installation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage commercial invoices, packing lists, and other logistics-related documentation.
- Maintain a register of incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, files, formal letters).
- Draft and prepare new outgoing correspondence (not just forwarding messages).
- Upload, download, and track large files via file-sharing platforms.
- Archive and systematically organize project documentation.
- Liaise with project participants (logistics coordinators, suppliers, clients) to ensure smooth information flow.
- Prepare regular reports on correspondence, documentation, and file management.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in logistics documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
- Strong background in managing high volumes of email correspondence and data.
- Confident user of Excel, Google Sheets, Yandex services.
- Practical experience with file-sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Yandex Disc, File clients).
- Excellent written communication skills in English (C1+).
- Ability to work effectively with people across different time zones (flexible coordination and response management).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline.

- Accuracy and timeliness of correspondence register.
- Error-free processing of commercial invoices and packing lists.
- No data loss or misplacement.
- Quality of drafted documentation.
- Full traceability of documentation flow.
