Responsibilities

Assist the head cook with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and sorting ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area, including stoves, cutting boards, floors, and washing/disinfecting utensils.

Assist with meal serving, food distribution, and post-meal clean-up.

Store ingredients and seasonings properly, keep storage areas organized, and assist with inventory checks.

Complete other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the head cook or logistics supervisor.
Requirements

Physically fit and in good health; hold a valid health certificate or be willing to obtain one.

Hardworking, with good personal and food hygiene practices.

Previous experience in a kitchen or catering service is preferred.

Able to follow instructions and work well within a team.
Terms
-
Daily Salary: 1,500 KGS/day, paid on a monthly basis.

Board & Lodging: Free meals and accommodation provided by the company.

Contract Type: Short-term or long-term labor contract based on project needs; specific duration to be negotiated.
