Perform functional testing of AI-based products, including Dialog Composer, ChatPlatform and Speech Analytics;

Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios for new features and product releases;
-
Automate the creation of test scenarios and regression testing by leveraging modern AI tools;
-
Execute regression testing using existing test suites and ensure product quality before each release;
-
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar issue-tracking systems;
-
Review release notes, user guides, and other product documentation for technical accuracy and completeness;
-
Work closely with developers, product owners, and presales teams to clarify requirements and validate delivered functionality;
-
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or functional testing;
-
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle;
-
Experience with web applications, REST APIs, and client-server architectures;
-
Ability to design clear and comprehensive test cases and acceptance criteria;
-
Experience using defect-tracking tools such as Jira;
-
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills;
-
Good written and spoken English;
- Working experience with products like Qase and/or TestRail AI to automate functional testing;
-
Experience using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) to improve testing productivity;
-
Ability to generate and refine test scenarios using AI tools;

Experience using AI for regression testing, test data generation, and documentation review is an advantage;

Interest in evaluating AI-powered features such as LLMs and conversational AI;
-
Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python and/or JavaScript) to understand application logic and assist with test automation;

Basic knowledge of JSON;

Familiarity with REST APIs;

Basic understanding of Git;

Experience testing conversational AI, contact center, or NLP applications;

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines;

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.);
