Shift: 6PM-3AM
Pay: Commission-based - $600-700 per driver, you must hire at least 3 drivers a month

REQUIREMENTS:
English: C1 level English with American accent
No University Degree is required
Strong communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post driver job ads/generate leads
• Screen and interview driver candidates (license checks, experience verification)
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
