Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10-15 years of HV Electrical construction supervision, especially on HV electrical substations
• Strong knowledge of HV electrical works and Kazakh HV norms and regulation.
• Experience in remote/extreme‑weather industrial sites is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage
