HR driver in USA logistics industry

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential drivers (calls, messages, social media)
• Present company conditions and offers clearly
• Qualify drivers based on company requirements
• Guide drivers through the hiring process
• Collect and verify necessary documents

Requirements:

• English level: C1 or higher (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
• Work time: 18:00 - 03:00, 6/1
• Fast learner and result-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of logistics is a plus (training provided)
