Responsibilities :
1. Setting up the mechanics of trade and consumer campaigns in bots: functions, sections, terms of participation
2. Translation of marketing mechanics into technical settings in collaboration with the Trade and Consumer Marketing teams
3. Testing new features and updates before launching campaigns
4. Preparation and publication of campaign announcements in bots and related channels
5. Technical support for Field Force, Partner and Consumer bots; monitoring of correct operation
6. Identification and elimination of technical failures, escalation of complex cases in IT
7. Preparation of technical assignments and briefings for developers
8. Advising users and coordinating technical issues with field teams
9. Preparation of reports on the work of bots and user activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
- Active user of MS Office (Excel)
- Proficient level of English , Russian and Uzbek language.
IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
- Experience working with Telegram bots, admin panels or no-code tools
- Basic SQL, Power BI, Figma skills
- Experience in marketing, sales, or user support
