• Validate progress against site-level evidence and reconcile reports from engineering, materials and subcontractor teams.
• Analyze critical paths, resource constraints and slippage; agree recovery actions and track completion with workstream leaders.

• Improve planning data quality and automate repetitive consolidation where practical.

Requirements
• Experience in project planning or control, preferably telecommunications rollout or infrastructure delivery.
• Strong Excel and MS Project or equivalent scheduling skills; understanding of critical-path and dependency analysis.
• Ability to challenge progress assumptions using evidence and communicate realistic delivery forecasts.
• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.
• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions
• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.
