Обязанности:

Provide technical consultancy and support to Sales for contract closure

Discuss and capture technical requirement and design solution for customers incl. ICT projects
-
Proposal and solution presentation to customers, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) tests and documentation
-
Response to RFP/RFI and bid management
-
Take a leading role in post-Sales enterprise projects implementation and operation support
-
Reviewing existing solutions/delivered projects in order to propose and implement standardization in regards to equipment configuration and/or work procedures/instructions
-
Support Network Operations in case of enterprise customers solution technical issues

Managed vendor and partner relationship
Требования:
-
University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
-
Minimum 3 years working experience in the data networking and IT industry, security, datacentre services, cloud
-
Good product knowledge on SD-WAN, IPVPN, EVPN, Datacentre Services, Cloud, Security IPLC, Internet, IDC and other IP related services

Professional qualification (e.g. CCNP, MCSE) will be an added advantage

Fortinet equipment knowledge
-
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill in Russian and English languages
