Position goal — achievement of KPIs (targets) on volume/profit of channel.
Key responsibilities:
- Operational planning, effective implementation of marketing plans and business development in FoodService channel and its segments
- Research — analysis of the target audience, retail market, competitors, etc.
- Initiation, supervision of projects on launch of new products, support packages.
- Development of a media ecosystem, digital platform, leading cross-functional projects — NPD, promo campaign initiation.
Position Requirements:
- Higher education (management \ economics \ marketing).
- Previous experience in FOOD industry (Beverages incl. alcoholic and tobacco business is also included) in an international company.
- Experience in Marketing managerial positions 3−5 years.
- Experience in developing a complete product mix (brand, portfolio, support, management) and successful launch.
- Experience in B2B and B2C promotion.
- Development of digital tools on work with the target audience, digital promotion.
