Novakid is a Learning Games Company and English language school for children 4−12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced B2C EdTech IT company of 400 professionals.

We are now looking for a B2C Sales Leader to take care of Sales in 1−3 regions.

You wil:

  • Provide Sales Leadership;
  • Achieve Sales Goals in your regions;
  • Communicate clear expectations to sales force and provide feedback based on their performance;
  • Keep the sales structure in accordance with the established norms (purchases, longevity of the subscription, level of discounts, etc);
  • Control sales units on compliance with SLA and procedures daily (dashboards, CRM);
  • Hold meetings with the sales team, participate in sales training;
  • For the first weeks, you will be expected to step into «the fields» and sell to our customers along with the sales managers. We believe that every Sales Lead should never «lose touch with the fields».

You have:

  • Relevant B2C sales leadership work experience of 3+ years in remote distributed teams;
  • Hands-on B2C sales experience;
  • Successful and comparable in complexity B2C online businesses;
  • Examples of your projects incl metrics in a cover letter or portfolio;
  • Good Communication Skills;
  • English language is not lower than B2 (both spoken and written).
