Обязанности:
- Ensuring consistent managed growth in the team's financial performance.
- Legitimacy of team results.
- Control of preparation and timely reporting by the team.
- Control of team effectiveness and assignment of performance zones to Sales Managers and Team Lead
- Preparation of cross-sectional reports on team performance, recommendations on optimization and bonus payments
Требования:
- Knowledge of English B2+
- Sales experience
- Team management experience
- Willingness to work in our field (High risk)
- Experience in Asian countries is preferred
- Gaming experience preferred
- International team
- Fully remote work
