Head of Product Unit reporting to the Retail Business Department

Responsibilities:

• Product and pricing development;
• Product implementation;
• Profitability analysis and all P&L drivers tracking;
• Sales channels and Network KPIs set up;
• Coordinate IT, Sales, Marketing, Risk and Finance for product development and launch, current products performance improvement;
• To present product’s project to top management and OTP HQ.
• 6-month key tasks:
• To implement profitability analysis for lending products;
• To review and adjust current product line;
• To increase sales of microloans by 50% and deposits by 30% through multiple channels;
• To improve product origination process (offline/online).

Requirements:

- 7+ years experience in product development in retail banks and consumer finance companies, strong analytical and calculation skills;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- English and Russian as a working language (at least upper-intermediate level).
