CMO, Chief Marketing Officer, international, global (focus on User Acquisition, UA), GAMING INDUSTRY

We’re looking for experienced CMO with strong international experience in Tech companies (exp. In USA will be an advantage), strong focus on User Acquisition, experience in Gaming companies will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Define the new products positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and make it easily understood by the broader public;
  • Manage marketing budgets without unnecessary bureaucracy and tenders;
  • Analyze funnel metrics and identify ways to improve the funnel from awareness to renewal;
  • Launch marketing strategies on ways to reduce CAC and increase MRR;
  • Find the most effective advertising channels, use guerrilla marketing;
  • Seek and manage contractors to get things done well and on time

What we expect from you:

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership roles, with successful cases in global markets;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO and ASO;
  • Experience in launching successful viral and referral campaigns;
  • Ability to conduct cohort analysis and count the economy of channels, objectively evaluate which channel makes sense to scale up;
  • Mastery of Google Analytics, Amplitude/AppsFlyer analytics systems at a level that allows you to understand marketing metrics yourself;
  • Experience in working with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work quickly, to launch advertising campaigns in a day without months of tenders and discussions with focus groups about logo options;
  • Proficiency in English not lower than C1 (spoken/written).
