От 3 до 6 лет

We create interiors for residential and public spaces, mainly restaurants and hotels. S+S studio is 19 years old. Throughout this time, we have gained status and respect in professional circles, created many notable objects and featured in leading specialized Russian and foreign media. We are proud of the stylistic boldness of our work, and our goals are ambitious — we want to write our own page in the international history of interior design. We will be happy to welcome new members to our team, who share our values and goals, the main one being to grow constantly and become better with each new project.

Right now, we are seeking a professional manager who will execute projects from start to finish, set the right priorities and allocate resources intelligently. You will need to interact closely with the team, oversee all aspects and stages of projects and have a clear psychological portrait of each team member in order to understand how to distribute team efforts at each moment. Our ideal candidate must be able to solve any problems, communicate professionally with clients, be aware of all project details and know the answers to all questions (or where to get them). Most importantly, he/she should not fear difficulties (yes, there will be a lot of new and unfamiliar tasks and, often, little time to solve them).

We will make a great team if:

  • You have proven working experience (>3 years) in project management in a relevant sphere (design, event, PR, advertising, etc.). Experience in executing projects in construction and architecture fields will be an advantage;
  • You are FLUENT in spoken and written English. 80% of our projects are foreign, so this is an absolute MUST. Among other things, you will need to write texts for presentations of our design, making it even more appealing. Be ready for a test during the interview. A third foreign language will be an advantage;
  • You are highly responsible, self-organized and can shift quickly from one task to another, knowing your priorities;
  • You know how to act effectively in the time of uncertainty;
  • You are result-oriented and back words up with actions: we want to hear from you «I will figure it out and get it done»;
  • You are not afraid of problems and difficulties — you see them as tasks that need to get done;
  • You know how to work with large volumes of information and structure it;

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Executing projects around the world (mainly abroad): from the start of negotiations to the grand opening and photo shoot;
  • Coordinating team members, client representatives and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (up to 6);
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (tables, graphs, reports, to-do lists, etc.);
  • Ensuring payments are received on-time and working with documents (Work Acceptance Reports, contract addendums). The contract is dealt with by another department, but you must be aware of all the conditions;
  • Distributing employees among projects, taking into account the priorities of the studio, and not only of your own projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and tracking project cost per man-hours;
  • Solving any sudden emerging issues on the project.

What we offer:

  • Ambitious, bold, unique and stylish projects around the world (so far it’s only Asia and Australia we haven’t covered);
  • Work in a circle of true professionals and interesting people, a friendly team of like-minded people;
  • Upper management flexibility and career opportunities. We are happy to give your ideas a go, if they are relevant for our studio.

NOTE:
Our studio has an artistic atmosphere, which unites creative people and implies a high degree of free-thinking and the absence of formalism. Every day, you will need to run and structure this chaos, making it better. You will need to remain flexible, but not weak, to be result-oriented, but not a tyrant. Will you be comfortable working in such an atmosphere?

If so, we can’t wait for your cover letter in English with a brief description of yourself, why you are perfect for this job and why we will get along well.
