Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO and his family, including managing household tasks, scheduling personal appointments, and coordinating family events or activities
  • Conduct research and gather information for meetings and projects, find necessary providers, arranging deliveries, payments, etc.
  • Provide hospitality support, such as arranging accommodations, transportation, and dining reservations for the founder and his guests
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations upon CEO request
  • Occasionally assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings in Dubai

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to top manager or CEO
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in English (C1- C2) and fluent Russian
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
