Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO and his family, including managing household tasks, scheduling personal appointments, and coordinating family events or activities
- Conduct research and gather information for meetings and projects, find necessary providers, arranging deliveries, payments, etc.
- Provide hospitality support, such as arranging accommodations, transportation, and dining reservations for the founder and his guests
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations upon CEO request
- Occasionally assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings in Dubai
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to top manager or CEO
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English (C1- C2) and fluent Russian
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
