Steel Structure Fabrication Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure expected reports performance from STL Engineering Representative (check and accurate).
• Ensure expected Quality Control Performance from QC Inspectors (Intertek & Subcontractors).
• Ensure availability of work front at workshop (shop drawings available in due time).
• To ensure availability of material for fabrication.
• Crosscheck bolts availability on time for shipment together with structures.
• Monitoring progress of fabrication works.
• Ensure correctness of Manpower Report.
• Ensure correctness of Progress Report.
• Report in daily basis the bottlenecks detected during steel structure fabrication.
• Control the correct sequence of works ensuring the fabrication is focus in to complete TAGs for shipment.
• Inform about QA/QC issues detected during fabrication.
• Detect and request fabricator about possible improvements in fabrication sequence.
• Ensure correct content of Bundle and Packing Detail Lists.
• Ensure Documentation availability at the end of last shipment:

Requirements:

• High HSE awareness and experience;
• 5 or more years field experience;
• Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent;
• Good communications skills in English;
• Experience to supervise subcontractors ;
• Experience in Oil & Gas industrial plants;

• Communication skills (82 nationalities present on site).
