We develop mobile, desktop, and web apps for clients from all over the world — Europe, the UAE, the US, and many other countries. Over the last 10 years, we have created more than 300 projects and the company grown from two freelancers to a team of 190 people.
Our team grows for a reason — it needs to support the increasing amount of projects. We need more managers to take care of our clients and that’s why now we have an opening for a project manager.
We are searching for a mediator between our clients and our project team. This means, we expect you to be able to communicate, manage a team, and keep track of what’s happening.
In our company, a project manager performs 5 classic functions:
— planning resources, time, and budget;
— organizing external and internal processes;
— coordinating a project team and clients;
— controlling project results as well as analyzing and optimizing processes;
— motivating.
Every day, you will:
— communicate with a team and a client — both verbally and in writing;
— manage projects;
— use various manager tools;
— collect and analyze project metrics;
— figure out the complicated and non-trivial stuff.
Our candidate:
- has a high level of spoken English;
- has already started self-education on basic project management field. Eg, if you had already started any professional course but did not complete it yet, that's absolutely okay. Also, if you managed to dig deeply into the basic project management yourself, we will be waiting for your application as well;
- has any experience as a PM of non-commercial or commercial projects such as digital projects at Uni or any projects developed in company you worked for as a manager previously;
- has a clue what agile methodology is. We will truly appreciate if you are familiar with agile approaches and can share your thoughts on it.
