We are looking for a skilled Retention English Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to lead and motivate a team of retention specialists. The main responsibilities will include managing the team's performance, ensuring high levels of customer retention, and implementing retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
— Previous work experience as a Team Leader in a retention role
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
— Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
— Would be preferable if you could bring with you your previous agents.
Conditions:
— the working schedule is from Monday to Friday from 11 to 8
— the salary is from 200k rub
