Atm we're searching for a sales manager to grow our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Selling PR, marketing and biz dev services for Web3/crypto startups

Working both with cold and hot leads
-
Communicating with leads in messengers, conducting video calls in English

Cold outreach to targeted audiences in social media, messengers

Maintaining customer data in CRM

Communicating with other departments and product owners to provide the best solution for the leads to convert them into clients
Requirements:

Fluent English is a must (C1-C2)

At least 2−3 years of experience in international sales

Experience in work in B2B (preferred)

Experience in work in marketing agency (preferred)

Quick learner with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in multitasking mode

Competitive fixed salary base (90,000 RUB per month) and bonuses depending on sales results (% of revenue within closed deals without upper limitations). Total revenue of sales manager ranges 150,000−170,000 RUB on trial period (3 month), 200,000+ RUB after trial
