We’re looking for a team member who will lead comms and engagements toolboxes development dedicated to key business initiatives, such as EEP We Care, Micro-Engagements in BR (events) and implementation of passive ToV in BR (Re-skin, Digitalization etc).

We’re looking for a person with high level of ownership who will collaborate across PMSM functions (RRP, Commercial) to develop solid communication campaigns and plans as well as Areas, MRCI, Legal, Procurement teams involved to identify and transform LANU insights into meaningful and purposeful communications and activations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute independently content toolboxes for aftersales services (Prof Cleaning, Self-cleaning) and its omnichannel implementation based on global campaigns / style guides (or from a scratch) to achieve defined objectives and strategy

  • Lead the development of passive ToV in BR (Re-Skin) in according with brand campaigns

  • To develop the toolbox of micro-engagements in BR (legal / CA risks assessment) and to implement in collaboration with BR team / Q CLUB

  • Lead the EEP WE CARE program in collaboration with COD team (content toolbox, mechanics, collab with Izhora and so on) with minimum guidance from Brand Manager

  • Manage creative agencies by providing clear briefs, outlining strategy, what has to be accomplished, the scope of assignments and project timelines

  • Monitor and evaluate progress and LANU-reaction on the implemented activities toward objectives on an on-going basis, adapting priorities and marketing actions according to results and learnings

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (digital, SM, consumer programs, legal, corporate affairs and so on), channels and areas to ensure product toolboxes are fully omni-channel integrated and consistent with brand guidelines

  • Support BM in brand communication strategy preparation and lead development of support activities that contribute to achieve business targets and building brand equity

  • Implement all assigned projects within the approved budgets and analyze the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the marketing activities carried out

  • To trend watch market (local / global) and be on the edge of best market trends, experiences, and cases.

Required:
  • Brand management/ Marketing / PR / Advertising degree & experience with proven ability to build impactful consumer-facing communication / programs with tangible value as a must (1−3 year)

  • Specific skills & experiences: Trade-marketing, special events & activations

  • Project management skills as a must

  • Understanding of Digital / SM comms specifics and ability to develop content for digital channels

  • Good to excellent copywriting skills and ability to write texts, headlines, messages based on brand narrative

  • Ability to manage 3rd parties (agencies, services providers) and to delegate tasks, parts of the projects and projects itself for better contribution

  • English — fluent, Russian — fluent (literature skewed)

  • The candidate should be ready to deal with ambiguity, have creative mind coupled with good sense of language and style, premium segment brands (category) understanding

    Essential basics: project management yet creative mind and entrepreneurial spirit, learning-on-the fly while bringing expertise to the team, results-oriented driven by PMI leadership behavior demonstrating in everyday work. Native user of SM / digital tools. Concise communicator and attention to details; collaboration spirit and empathy in relationships; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to take the responsibility and be proactive, to perform with a high level of ownership and autonomy and manage multitasking. Be a trendwatcher, brand-evangelist in spirit.
