Key Responsibilities

  • Overall development of 1 of top 4 major national retail customers including strategic business plan creation and execution based on company strategy;
  • Development and maintaining effective and leverageable working relationships with assigned customer across all departments;
  • Participation in preparation annual contract negotiations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Higher education

  • At least 1−2 years' experience in FMCG

  • Knowledge and application of Market data and analytical resources (such as Nielsen, Gfk, etc.)

  • Basic process knowledge of sales planning, organizing, field-controlling, forecasting, promo implementation

  • A thorough understanding of trade initiatives such as JBP, Scorecard, Category leadership, etc. is a plus

  • Advanced PC user (MS Office)

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
