We’re JEDai, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

JEDai is collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide.

We are expanding and therefore are looking for a Head of maintenance department. He will lead the maintenance and SaaS group and the pilot maintenance group.

The maintenance department is an international multicultural team that works from different countries and supports clients in these countries.

Responsibilities:

The main tasks of the department head are the success of the Client at the SaaS stage, management and development of the team and solving operational issues of the department.

  • Managing a team that coordinates clients and trains the neural network using a built-in tool to maintain the accuracy of recognition and implementation of the client’s new assortment;

  • Achieving results from the category control department in terms of maintaining project data (updating and replenishing the knowledge base);

  • Working with the department structure, providing the department with the necessary resources to achieve its goals;

  • Hiring and development of a team, delivery and decomposition of tasks;

  • Resolving operational issues of the department and cross-functional communications;

  • Building processes both within the department and processes with adjacent departments;

  • Participation in company strategizing at your management level;

  • Coordination of department projects to resolve configuration issues and customer support;

  • Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction at the SaaS stage by the management department.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager-coordinator or head of a customer maintenance department or analytics department in B2B SaaS in the IT field;

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing SaaS projects;

  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG or retail;

  • English C1;

  • Good analytical skills;

  • Experience in team building, experience working on department strategy;

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Will be a plus:

  • Basic experience with BI and SQL.
