As an Automation developer, you will be part of our rapidly expanding Retention team. Alongside your technical teammates, you will develop and maintain services that will help deliver personalized messages to our customers through our communication channels: email, web push, telegram bot, and mobile app push. You will help to develop the technical vision and landscape of the Retention team while enforcing coding standards and maintaining quality.
You will work on a project that is related to the growth of our business. In addition to SQL, and REST API, you will also work extensively with other tools that will increase the team’s efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to work across multichannel platforms, working closely with the product teams to build new functionalities for push, inbox, and in-app messages. Your biggest kick will come from using technology to personalize the best live stream experience for millions of users. You are part of one of the Retention Team which has a clear focus to improve retention, based on clear data insights developed in cooperation with our Data and Product team.
Therefore, the people in the team have different backgrounds and roles to achieve the goal (and thereby opportunities to learn from your peers). By doing so you have a big contribution to our project’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Will develop API services for our marketing automation toolkit to interact with internal services;
- Will develop triggers that send campaigns through a marketing automation platform;
- Will help with data integrations within marketing platform via REST API, SQL and Web Hooks;
- Will monitor the campaign technical performance in terms of delivery and system status;
- Will ensure data pipelines are stable and troubleshoot any ETL issues;
- Will keep technical documentation up to date and carry on quality assurance and data validation procedures to ensure that our customers have the best experience;
- Will collaborate with engineering and product development teams;
Will automate personalized CRM messages through coding;
- Will design and maintain new and existing programming customizations to all CRM Tools;
- Will have an opportunity to work in developing product features as part of the Dev team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven software development experience;
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL;
- Project and design RESTful API;
- Excellent knowledge in design patterns and SOLID principles;
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and high load optimization;
- Experience working in high-load and complex client/server application development;
- Experience on writing unit tests;
- Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
