The role:
- Managing Online Sales Part (Pure players, Marketplaces)
- Creating and driving Online development strategy and implementation plan
- Business plan and T&C negotiation and agreement
- Securing meeting yearly, quarterly biz targets (IHS, sell-out, sell-in, sales portion, premium, etc.)
- Company's sales and brand strategy implementation
The Candidate:
- Higher Education.
- Experience in KAM >2 years.
- Experience in Marketplaces (Sbermarket, WB, Ozon, YandexMarket…).
- Good multi-tasking and team player skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Result Oriented.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Good communication skills in Russian and English (B2).
