Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the IT industry, preferably in the financial services sector.
- › Should be able to fluently communicate (speak and write) in Russian and English languages.
- › Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- › Professional Qualifications/Certifications in Information Security, Data Science, Cloud, IT Service Management, Mobile Technology would be an added advantage.
- › Knowledge in regional core banking applications, business domain (lending and liability) and regulatory requirements.
- › Excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal and team-building skills and able to manage relationships across units.
- › Should keep up to date with the latest technological advances and be a technology catalyst.
