A process engineer is needed for 5M3TECH company that is engaged in manufacturing and exploitation of fuel oil refining units.
The company owns by Redstone capital which is a private equity fund and in-house incubator that is investing and cultivating startup companies to bring them into the global markets.
The company is planning to build a new facility as part of the validation process of new technology process in fuel oil refinery process
The process engineer shall be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the various processes involved in refining fuel oil into usable products such as gasoline, diesel, and other petrochemicals. The job involves on-site management of the facility construction, monitoring and analyzing the facility’s operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Developing and designing process flow diagrams and other engineering documentation to ensure the new facility is constructed to meet all regulatory and industry standards.
- On-site management of the constructions and operations to meet the timelines, the compliance with standards and quality and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Conducting analyses of the process to identify areas for improvement and to optimize process and production.
- Evaluating and selecting the best available equipment and materials for the process and operations
- Collaborating with project managers, construction contractors and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive project plan that meets the goals and objectives.
- Conducting feasibility studies and economic analyses to determine the viability and profitability of the project.
- Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure the refinery meets all safety standards and regulations.
- Developing and implementing training programs for facility operators and other personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to operate and maintain the facility.
- Maintaining and updating process documentation, including process flow diagrams process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and standard operating procedures.

Position Requirements
- University graduate (B.sc or higher) in Chemical Engineering —MUST
- Good/fluent English writing and very good speaking-MUST
- At least 6 years of experience as process engineer in petroleum refining processes- MUST
- Excellent in Power Point, excel and other relevant software-MUST.
