We have a base oil storage capacity of over 45,000 tons and a finished product storage capacity of over 25,000 tons. With more than 50 automated production lines, we can produce 350,000 tons of various lubricants annually.

We supply automotive lubricants, engineering machinery lubricants, industrial oils, special oils, greases, antifreeze, glass water, and auto maintenance products. Our products have received certifications from global automotive and engine manufacturers and meet their highest global standards. Oue customers include Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo, MAN, Jaguar Land Rover, and ZF.

Position Overview:

The Lubricant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets in the designated regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the lubricant industry, with extensive experience in sales and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Russia and Central Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture market growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Represent the company in local trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in Russia.
  • Coordinate and communicate with local partners to ensure smooth collaboration and business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial/automotive lubricant industry.
  • Strong understanding of the lubricant market in Russia and Central Asia.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
