You will be responsible for:

Project portfolio financial results.

Taking a part in a pre-sale process: establish and manage long-term partnerships with foreign customers. Responsible for project evaluation and goals.

Managing Project Managers team (3−5 people + 20/30 developers in matrix subordination).

People management: motivate and develop employees, give them feedback, uphold transparent processes and system control, support your team.

Handle hiring and dismissals processes above your team.

Develop and grow a professional team.
Requirements:

Hands-on experience for outsourcing companies.

Familiar with the USA, European, and other foreign markets.

English skills min. B2 + and above. Part of the interview will be provided in English.

Proven project management background. You work with more than 5 projects at a time.

Proven experience in people management and growing a team.

Good understanding of Fix Price and T&M contracts.

Good understanding of agile approaches, well versed in the scrum.

MVP: you know what it is and how it works.

The technical background will be your advantage but not obliged.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay positive. Willingness to take responsibility, goal-oriented mindset.
