Internal Audit Expert

What will be tasks and responsibilities?

• Performing Internal audit projects for clients (accounting & tax review, company’s and general director risks assessment and other)
• Performing different types of Internal checks and reviews (assessment of, good understanding of the logic of accounting software and databasesprovided accounting services quality, internal audit of SCHNEIDER GROUP offices and other)

What kind of professional experience and soft skills are we expecting?

• University degree in accounting / audit / economics
• Working experience as internal/external auditor /senior associate (consulting companies) (preferably) / senior accountant for more than 3 years
• Experience of working in consulting companies, external/internal audit (for
  preference)
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Russian accounting standards, legislation and reporting, tax legislation, currency control legislation
• Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP (for preference)
• Theoretical knowledge of audit principles / internal controls (for preference)
• Russian accounting certificate, International certification / qualification in accountancy or auditing (ACCA, CIA for preference)
• At least intermediate English; German (for preference), 1С, SAP/Navision (for preference), good computer skills on MS Office (mainly Word and Excel)
• Critical thinking
• Ability to analyze and evaluate the information, identify cause-effect relation, draw conclusions
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability for multitasking work
• Ability to cope with pressure
• Accuracy and responsibility

What else do I need to know?

• Readiness to short business trips (~8 per year, Russia and abroad)
• 9:30 – 18:00 (possible flexible start of working day 8-10 a.m.)

• Comfortable office in Moscow, 5-minute walk from Polyanka metro station or 10-minute walk from Tretyakovskaya or Novokuznetskaya metro stations
• 1 day of distant work per week after passing probation period
