Retail Marketing Manager

We a looking for professional Retail Marketing Manager who will be responsible for cooperation with partners in retail.

Scope of challenges:

• Development of retail guides for each product category (CE, TV, Beauty, Laptops, etc.);
• Development of brand zone designs and coordination both within the company and with headquarters;
• Production, installation and maintenance/repair of furniture in retail for all brands;
• Coordination with partners (M.video, DNS, RBT, etc.);
• Design and production of POSM for all brands (Haier, Candy, Casarte in the future)
• Development of guides for brand shops.

Required competencies:

• Work experience in retail marketing (in large international companies, ability to work not only according to existing guides, but also to create them from scratch) - consumer electronics market is preferable;
• Multitasking, ability to work under tight deadlines, high communication skills and the ability to build constructive, result-oriented
• Good knowledge of English, Upper-Intermediate and above (the ability to speak fluently and conduct business correspondence with headquarters is important);
• Accommodation in Moscow region (abillity to visit office, hybrid schedule);
• Willingness to travel (not often);
• High level of autonomy;
• Ability to multi-tasking;
• Active attitude, ability to achieve the results;
• Stress resistance.
