What You Will Do:

• Undertake a quality review of customers' KYB/KYC records.
• Manage and facilitate customer due diligence.
• Cover all aspects of AML/KYC/KYB and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Take part in compliance risk assessment, review, monitoring & managing compliance of the Company.
• Take part in investigation of suspicious activity and providing reports of suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Seasoned Professional: 3+ years of experience in AML, specifically working with high-risk clients.
• Risk & Compliance Pro: Deep understanding of EU/UK AML legislation, understanding of Canadian AML legistlation will be a plus.
• Analytical Thinker & Communicator: Able to sift through data, identify potential risks, and clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Problem Solver & Adaptable: Proactive in addressing challenges, staying up-to-date on regulatory shifts, and finding solutions.
