Personal assistant

musicAeterna is an international creative laboratory, established
by conductor Teodor Currentzis in 2004.

Today musicAeterna is an orchestra and two choirs (musicAeterna and musicAeterna byzantina), the dance company musicAeterna Dance and educational projects.

Based in Saint-Petersburg, we are looking for a responsible, proactive, communicative Assistant Artistic Director.

Essential:

• ability to intelligently build processes and prioritise tasks
• higher education
• working English, no language barrier

What you will need to do:

• plan and coordinate the maestro's work and personal schedule
• tasks will range from keeping calendars and coordinating meetings to purchasing vinyl discs and other personal errands.
• accompany the maestro when travelling

In return: decent pay, lots of new acquaintances, lots of travelling and concerts.

The position also involves irregular working hours.

A background in music and additional languages are advantageous.
