Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist at MTLAB, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our AI solution. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven features.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement AI models and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate machine learning models into the product.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing data processes and methodologies.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python 3.xx.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with large language models (LLM) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and intelligent agents.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
