International product IT company is looking for a Customer Support Operator
Responsibilities:

communicate with existing and new customers via chats, mails and calls;

update your knowledge of the product;

create issue reports and tasks, monitor their completion.
If you are:

a team player;
-
worked with clients in any sphere at least 6 months;

communicative, client oriented and know-how to win customer’s trust;

have high written and verbal communication skills;
-
have level of English at least Upper - Intermediate, as well as speak Russian;
-
confident high PC user;
-
can type fast;
-
can work under time pressure and don’t lose the focus;
-
have a desire for a personal growth and development.
