International product IT company is looking for a Customer Support Operator

Responsibilities:

  • communicate with existing and new customers via chats, mails and calls;

  • update your knowledge of the product;

  • create issue reports and tasks, monitor their completion.

If you are:

  • a team player;

  • worked with clients in any sphere at least 6 months;

  • communicative, client oriented and know-how to win customer’s trust;

  • have high written and verbal communication skills;

  • have level of English at least Upper - Intermediate, as well as speak Russian;

  • confident high PC user;

  • can type fast;

  • can work under time pressure and don’t lose the focus;

  • have a desire for a personal growth and development.
