We a looking for a Customer Support Officer for a Fintech company, which creates and promotes IT solutions.

The main Duties are:

  • Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Organizing and coordinating client support workflow for maximum efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures and policies
  • Identifying training needs and strengthening the performance of the team to meet KPIs
  • Processing of incoming requests

Few words about you:

  • At least 3-year relevant experience in Customer Support Team of Fintech Company
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to process incoming requests from several communication channels
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (C1 at least)
  • Stress resistance and sociability

Stack:

CRM / JIRA / Confluence / Helpdesk / MT4-5
