HR Director

Обязанности:

• Taking an active part in discussing and choosing the tactics and strategy of the hotel management
• Managing all the HR administrative activities in the strict accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation
• Contributing to the maintenance of the cooperative atmosphere, mutual respect and assistance within the whole team
• Ensuring and managing all the HR related activities
• Taking an active part in discussing and choosing the tactics and strategy of the hotel management
• Managing all the HR administrative activities in the strict accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation
• Contributing to the maintenance of the cooperative atmosphere, mutual respect and assistance within the whole team
• Ensuring and managing all the HR related activities
• Taking an active part in the annual budgeting process
• Ensuring that vacant positions are covered within a reasonable time frame
• Participating in MOD program
• Dealing with Federal bodies (related to the HR), recruitment agencies, professional schools and professional HR forums and associations

Требования:

• Higher education in HR or related fields
• Proven experience as Head of HR Department at a hotel
• Fluent English
• Multi-tasking, problem solving, analytical, organizational and training abilities
