Now we are looking for a Business Process Engineer for the Service Delivery Code team. Our team is a division of Hemmersbach, contributing to drive companies’ strong growth through the development and optimization of the internal application, adapted to our processes. As the SDC Team, we are responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of the SDC Platform, which is designed to provide a solution for project transition processes for all Hemmersbach colleagues on a global scale, being the central component in the company for controlling the quality of our business procedures execution.
Your Tasks
- Analyzing project requirements and streamlining business processes to adopt them into existing structures;

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
- Designing and implementing solutions together with the team for creating highly automated service delivery platform.
Our Requirements
- B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher level of English language;

Previous experience (or equivalent) in related areas (Requirements / Business Process Engineering);
- Fundamental Understanding of Software Development Process & Methodologies;
- Familiarity with Collaboration and Documentation Tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro);
- Ability to define requirements and create user stories with business process documentation.
Will be a plus: readiness to spend a few days a months in our office in Saint-Petersburg.
