Account-manager (English language)

Responsibilities:

Processing incoming requests (there are no cold calls, you are not looking for clients!) ;

Initial consulting of clients on the company's services in English;

Identifying customer needs;

Maintaining a customer base in CRM;

Help with activating the client's personal account.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency C2 level;
• Competent written and oral speech;
• Willingness to work in an active atmosphere;
• The desire to develop and strive for successful results.
