Novakid is a Learning Games Company and English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced B2C EdTech IT company of 400 professionals.

We are now looking for Customer Retention Lead to take care of more than 80,000 active user.

This is a 100% remote position. Work from the comfort of your home or while traveling.

You will:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Team, including training, meetings, and hiring.
  • Achieve company-set sales goals.
  • Maintain and track sales performance metrics (purchases, subscription longevity, discount levels, etc.).
  • Ensure daily compliance of sales teams with SLA and procedures using dashboards and CRM.
  • During the initial weeks, you will actively participate in sales alongside the sales managers to stay in touch with real customer needs.

You have:

  • 3+ years of B2C sales leadership experience in remote/distributed teams.
  • Strong CRM management skills.
  • Experience with Bloomreach or similar tools to develop strategies for reducing customer churn/increasing retention.
  • Examples of your projects and results (include in your cover letter or portfolio).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).
