PV assistant

1. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of an efficient local pharmacovigilance system in compliance with national regulations and Corporate guidelines for medicinal products, cosmetics, food supplements and medical devices.
2. Responsible for the maintenance of business continuity processes.
3. Performs adequate collection, processing, following up and archiving of all local adverse events/reactions reports based on national and international legislation and internal procedures.
4. Performs timely submission of individual case safety reports and aggregate reports to the local HA according to national regulations.
5. Monitors the local HA website for possible referrals regarding Company products.
6. Takes monthly answering machine checking.
7. Tests monthly fax service and web-site.
8. Takes monthly phone call register.
9. Responsible for the PSUR submission to local HA.

Half-time vacancy, from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Preferably medical or pharmaceutical education

Experience in pharmacovigilance welcomes

Knowledge of English is mandatory
