AlumniHub is a dynamic community network designed for alumni of Big Tech companies, offering a platform to launch and scale businesses, find inspiring job opportunities, and foster professional growth. We currently host two exclusive communities — YNDX Family and Union VK — and operate across multiple social media platforms. Our B2C target audience consists of tech professionals at various stages of their careers, from seasoned C-level executives to enthusiastic juniors. In addition, we serve a growing B2B segment, where AlumniHub acts as a community-driven tech partner powered by an AI platform. We can swiftly assemble world-class teams tailored to specific projects, whether it’s product development, GenAI implementation, tech audits, or DevOps services.
We are seeking a Delivery/Project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client projects from initial submission to completion.
- Work with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
- Coordinate the selection of appropriate experts for each project based on expertise, availability, and client preferences.
• Client and Expert Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between clients and experts to ensure alignment and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
- Ensure experts have a clear understanding of the project scope and client expectations.
• Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met and that deliverables meet the platform’s quality standards.
- Review final project outcomes with the client and facilitate any necessary revisions or adjustments.
- Gather feedback from both clients and experts to improve processes and project outcomes.
• Timeline and Budget Management:
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budget parameters.
- Address any delays or challenges proactively and work with the team to mitigate risks.
• Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes, identifying areas for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform’s project management tools and processes.
• Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key project metrics, including delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and expert performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving overall platform operations.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a platform-based or technology-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both clients and experts.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• English C1+ is a must.
• Experience in ML projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of various industries or expertise areas is a plus.
• Technical degree is a plus.
