REMOTE WORK (ONLINE)
Responsibilities
• Giving estimates for the variety of moving services, as well as quickly surveying possible clients.
• Quoting both new and current clients on relocation services in compliance with the company's price guidelines.
• Answering calls, correspondence by email, maintaining a schedule, arranging video call for clients with our operational manager (to give an estimate for the move).
• Attempting to convert inquiries for quotes into sales by staying in touch with potential clients.
• You should know the main cities in Ontario province for a better assistance of our potential clients and providing them a more accurate rate/truck fee (we will teach you).
• You will communicate daily with clients ensuring excellent customer service and be sensitive to their needs ensuring their business has as little disruption throughout the move process as possible.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Ability to work 5 days a week in shifts: 9 am-7 pm (Toronto time).
Requirements
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
• Excellent administrative skills are a key requirement to ensure all client and organizational records are accurately maintained.
• You must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be very good in building and developing teams.
• Expert negotiation skills/experience.
• Expert oral, written, and presentation skills.
Personal Skills:
• Demonstrate confidence, politeness, and persistence in client interactions.
• Quick responsiveness to client inquiries, taking the initiative without delay.
• Multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
