The main focus of MTS Auto is providing high-speed Internet in cars, developing in-car USB devices, multimedia systems, telematic systems, dash cameras, ADAS, Navigation, as well as software for them.

A separate area of activity is the creation of comprehensive solutions for digitalization of the automotive industry.

Main responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the work of the project team and preparation of project plan
  • To monitor the implementation of the project according to the approved plan
  • Lead communication with customers and suppliers, clear and transparent reporting to management
  • Preparation and submission of conclusions to recommendations on the budget project
  • To monitor the execution of the approved budget project
  • Design & development of electrical products according to MTS Auto performance, quality and cost targets
  • Preparation and sign-off of supplier approval drawings, evaluation and approval of test reports
  • Structure of content, access and approval of electronic project documents;
  • Coordination of suppliers to achieve on-time development, testing, production & launch of products
  • Translate Planning department product requirements into concepts & detailed product specifications
  • Transfer of the project to technical support and preparation of a project closure document

Additional:

  • Arrange Design reviews and carry out FMEA / DRBFM’s to assure parts meet high quality standards
  • Carry out vehicle fitting checks with prototype parts and initiate necessary design changes
  • Initiate the production and dealer installation manuals by preparing installation storyboard
  • Secure regulation compliance through close collaboration with Homologation department and authorities
  • Management of work on the development of technical specifications for products and coordination with customers and subcontractors
  • Organization of analysis of defects and failures of systems and management tasks
  • Monitoring the development of regulations, manuals and other documentation necessary for the information support department

Profile:

  • Graduated in Higher Technical Education/Electrical Engineering / Automotive Engineering
  • > 3 years of experience in automotive area development (electrical vehicle components and accessories)
  • Basic understanding of vehicle structure
  • Experience with parts construction/development and working with drawings
  • Basic understanding of Automotive CAN
  • Experience of technical presentations and schedules preparation
  • Fluent in English language – at least intermediate (written and spoken)
  • Proven project management skills, coordinating all internal- and supplier development activities
  • Knowledge of CAD software
  • Flexible and well-organized team player
  • Hands-on mentality – self starter
  • Computer skills: MSOffice
  • Willing and have possibility to travel (Russia, China, other countries under negotiations)
