- End-to-end recruitment cycle for some positions.
- Participation in c&b projects
- Necessary reporting activities
- Training & Development projects
- Performance Evaluation
- Events for employees
- Other interesting projects in HR
Requirements:
- Background in Retail\Logistic as HR manager/recruiter 3+ years inhouse
- Upper-intermediate English - must (business partners are not Russian)
- Ability to act independently
- Skills in managing a high volume of information
- Positive and optimistic approach, ability to handle uncertainty with fun :)
- Intention to take care of your Clients and support the team
