YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing an operational team of payment coordinators (2/2 shifts, day and night shifts)
- Communicating with payment providers
- Managing payment traffic flow and ensuring stable conversion rates
- Integrating new payment providers
- Organizing testing of payment methods
- Searching for and attracting new payment providers
WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations (payments, risks, support)
- At least 2 years of experience managing an operational team
- Psychological resilience and ability to build trusting relationships with partners
