Job duties:
- Recruitment for office
- Adaptation process of new hires
- Building up training materials and holding HR trainings for personnel
- Management of HR Admin and Payroll provider and coordinating related procedures
- Performance management cycle organizing
- Internal communications organizing
- Analytics and relevant reporting
- Readiness to do some part of operational job and implementing HR documents audit
- Leading different HR projects
- Team management
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in telecom, retail industries from 3 years,
- 1C knowledge,
- Proficiency in English spoken and written,
- Can work under high pressure and rapidly changing environment,
- Result-oriented and problem solving attitude.
