The role of Sales Project manager is to research, estimate and implement improvements in Sales department business processes; to ensure Sales departments meet the goals for efficiency and effectiveness (including cost efficiency); creates and optimizes processes and SOPs/flows.
*Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with the Sales leadership on all issues and challenges impacting the success of the Sales team;

Lead, manage and evaluate Sales tools, processes, policies, and programs to ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness;
-
Partner with the Sales Strategy, Finance and HR to design, document, implement and monitor Sales incentive plans;
-
Manage, analyze, and summarize Sales Forecast;
-
Collaborate with regional Sales leads and teams to develop and execute Sales management disciplines and processes (territory assignment & reviews, weekly/quarterly forecast, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, account assignments, quota/budget allocation);
-
Identify and execute opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth;

Constant research on market innovations and benchmarks in Fintech area and partners development in sales;

Manage strategic cross-disciplinary projects to drive operations efficiency and business growth.

Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier Sales support;

Create board-level presentations for the strategic team.
People manager:

Understand and ensure achievement of team goals;

Ensure team members understand the company mission and vision and share its value;

Explain the interlink between company goals and all level employees’ goals and achievements;

Plan and forecast results and development of the department;

Maintain the workforce planning, ensure fair workload distribution;

Develop and mentor team members;

Conducting performance review sessions for the team members;
-
Providing and gaining developmental feedback from direct reports and other team members;

Collaborating with the other divisions in order to align the approach to any working matters related to people or processes;

Collaborating with the HR team on any employee related matters;
-
Ensuring processes and changes are communicated properly and running smoothly within the department.
*Qualifications:
-
Proven project management experience;
-
Experience in Sales will be an advantage;
-
Demonstrated progressive experience in a global sales operations environment;
-
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally (finance, marketing, Sales enablement, etc) with exceptional intrapersonal skills;
-
Demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence; deep understanding of Sales processes and methodologies;
-
Analytical and detail oriented, strong project management skills with a drive for results;
-
Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills;
-
Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment;
-
Background in Fintech is preferable;
-
Advanced English level
